If you've made an appointment to pick up a Zoomo from one of our Zoomo Stores, your confirmation email will outline a handful of items you need to bring to the Store.
Those items include:
Physical Credit (or Debit) Card
Government Issued ID or Proof of Address
These details ensure we can easily collect payment details on the day and confirm eligibility for a Zoomo e-Bike in your Region.
If you forget to bring these items, you may need to reschedule your appointment to another date.
