If you've made an appointment to pick up a Zoomo from one of our Zoomo Stores, your confirmation email will outline a handful of items you need to bring to the Store.
To reserve a bike, start by scheduling an appointment using the reservation link provided by Zoomo, where you can enter your details and choose a preferred date and time. For assistance, the Zoomo support team is available to help with bookings.
Those items include:
Physical Credit (or Debit) Card
Government Issued ID
Proof of Address
These items ensure we can easily collect payment details on the day and confirm eligibility for a Zoomo e-Bike in your Region.
On the day of your appointment, arrive on time and a Zoomo representative will assist you with selecting a bike, completing paperwork, and finalizing your rental process.
If you forget to bring these items, you may need to reschedule your appointment to another date.
