Book a Return

Learn how to Book a Return for your Zoomo

Payments will continue until your Zoomo and relevant Accessories are returned to the Store. We are unable to pause subscriptions or temporarily stop billing. Our subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Learn how to Book a Return for your Zoomo

  1. Login to MyZoomo on iOS or Android

  2. Pull the bottom-sheet up and select Book a Return

  3. Follow the questions and prompts.

  4. Confirm your return booking and make sure to arrive with all your accessories.

You'll receive an email confirmation once with your confirmed booking. You can also view the appointment in the MyZoomo App!


If you are unable to book a return

In some cases, you may not be able to book a return appointment or see earlier available time slots. This can happen if:

  • All available slots are fully booked

  • The app is enforcing a required notice period before returns can be scheduled


Walk-in returns

Customers can still visit the store without an appointment to return their bike. However, no-appointment fees may apply and cannot be waived.

Please note:

  • No-appointment fees apply for walk-ins and cannot be waived online

  • Payment exceptions or extensions cannot be made in relation to return bookings or fees
