Learn how to update your Payment Method via the MyZoomo App

To ensure your subscription remains active due to an expired card or a new funding method.

  1. Log in to MyZoomo on iOS or Android

  2. Pull the bottom-sheet up and select Billing

  3. Select Subscription

  4. Scroll down the page and select Update Payment Method

  5. Update with your new Payment Details and click Save


Your new payment method will be reflected on your next bill. You can check this by viewing your invoices within MyZoomo or via your email.
