Share Logs to Zoomo

Learn how to Share Device Logs to Zoomo to help with debugging

Available on iOS only

Sometimes, we may ask you to share logs with us to help debug issues more seamlessly; especially if you're having trouble with your Account or Location Issues.

You can do this whilst being logged in and logged out on MyZoomo iOS.

Logged In

If you're logged into MyZoomo, and want to share logs:

  1. Pull the bottomsheet and select Settings

  2. Select Share Logs from the Settings Screen

  3. Share directly in Store, or via Email

Logged Out

  1. Open MyZoomo App

  2. Tap on the ℹ info-icon in the top-right-hand corner

  3. Tap Share Logs

  4. Share directly whilst in Store, or via Email to our team

After sharing logs, we'll be able to debug and help resolve issues you may be having.
