Book a Repair

Locate Workshops and book a repair or service within the MyZoomo App

You can book a repair through the MyZoomo app.

It’s important to note that regardless of the issue, the vehicle must be brought to a Zoomo workshop for assessment and repair. Bringing the vehicle to us is the customer’s responsibility. This ensures our technicians can properly diagnose and fix the problem safely.

Regularly servicing your e-bike is essential for its performance and your safety. We recommend booking a service appointment periodically and whenever you notice an issue, such as a strange noise from the motor, a problem with your brakes, or a flat tire.

To Book a Repair or Service at a nearby Zoomo Workshop.

  1. Log in to your My Zoomo app.

  2. Scroll down and tap “Book a Service.”

  3. Select your preferred location or workshop, then tap Continue.

  4. Choose the next available date and time slot (please note: if it shows “No availability,” that means the workshop is fully booked).

  5. Select the issue or problem with your bike from the list.

  6. Tap “Confirm” to finalise your repair booking.

  7. You’ll see an on-screen confirmation message once your booking has been successfully created.

Once completed, you'll receive a Confirmation Email with the Location, Date, and Time of your Appointment.

If there are no repair appointments available, you may still attend as a walk-in. However, we cannot guarantee that your bike will be repaired on the same day or at all, as this depends on mechanic availability and whether there is capacity to complete the repair at the time of your visit.


For our stores in Spain, there's no need for a repair appointment. We are accepting walk-ins only, so please try to go to the store earlier in the day. Allow enough time for your repair as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Your bike might not be ready on the same day.
