Reset your MyZoomo Account to log in to your account

To reset your account - you must have an existing Zoomo account and a valid Mobile Phone number.

If you receive a "No User Found with this Phone Number" Error - Activate your Account before logging in.

To reset your account:

  1. Open the MyZoomo App (or alternatively - MyZoomo Web)

  2. Tap on Log In

  3. Tap on Reset Account


  4. Enter the Email Registered with Zoomo


  5. Tap Send Link


  6. Open the Reset Email and tap Reset Account


  7. Enter the New Mobile Number

  8. Tap Get Code

  9. Enter the 6 Digit Code delivered to your Mobile

  10. Continue with Log In and enter the MyZoomo App
