⚠ Proper handling of your Zoomo bike's lithium-ion battery is essential for safe operation. Please read this guide carefully to reduce potential risks and ensure optimal performance.

Lithium-Ion batteries pose a significant risk of fire if they are not used, handled, treated or charged correctly.

Using aftermarket battery accessories, chargers or products that have not been tested by Zoomo for safety or compatibility may void your warranty, create unsafe riding conditions, or result in bike, battery or property damage.

Important Safety Tips

✅ Always use the original Zoomo charger.

✅ Charge your battery on a hard, flat surface (like concrete or tile).

✅ Keep your battery and charger away from heat, water, and flammable materials.

✅ Unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged.

✅ Charge in a well-ventilated area at room temperature (10-45°C). If the battery is hot to touch stop charging immediately and return the battery to Zoomo.

✅ Check your battery and charger for damage before every use.

Never leave your battery charging overnight or unattended.

❌ Never charge a damaged battery – if you see cracks, leaks, or swelling, stop using it immediately and contact Zoomo.

❌ Never use an extension cord or multi-plug adapter for charging.

❌ Do not charge the battery near a doorway or exit.

❌ Do not charge the battery on soft surface or furnishings such as a sofa or bed.

❌ Stop using the battery or charger if damaged and contact Zoomo immediately.
