How to Return Your Zoomo Bike

You can return your bike by booking a return appointment through the MyZoomo App. Please make sure to schedule an appointment to avoid any no-appointment fees.

Early Return for Lock-In Contracts

If you are on a lock-in contract and wish to return your bike early, a break fee will apply.

  • Typically, this is 50% of the remaining contract value, but in some markets, a flat fee may apply.

  • Please contact your local store team to get an accurate estimate of the break fee for your specific contract.

Deposit Refund

Refund Processing Timeline: Refunds are typically initiated on the day of return inspection and take 3–10 business days to appear in your bank account. The duration depends on your bank's processing policies.

Your deposit is refundable as long as the following conditions are met:

Upon meeting these conditions, the deposit refund process is initiated immediately after the bike and its accessories have been inspected.

  1. You return the bike in good condition with no damage.

  2. You return all accessories, including spare batteries if applicable.

  3. Your account has no arrears.

If your account has arrears, the deposit will be used to cover them.

Any outstanding balances or penalties will be deducted from the deposit, and only the remaining amount, if any, will be refunded to you.
