You can return your bike by booking a return appointment through the MyZoomo App. Please make sure to schedule an appointment to avoid any no-appointment fees.
Early Return for Lock-In Contracts
If you are on a lock-in contract and wish to return your bike early, a break fee will apply.
Typically, this is 50% of the remaining contract value, but in some markets, a flat fee may apply.
Please contact your local store team to get an accurate estimate of the break fee for your specific contract.
Deposit Refund
Your deposit is refundable as long as the following conditions are met:
You return the bike in good condition with no damage.
You return all accessories, including spare batteries if applicable.
Your account has no arrears.
If your account has arrears, the deposit will be used to cover them.
