Returning Items: All items must be returned in similar condition at the end of your subscription. Lost or damaged items will need to be paid for.
Maintenance:
Monthly maintenance checks are required and can be booked via the MyZoomo app.
Normal wear and tear is fully covered (brake adjustments, tire pressure, chain tuning).
Damage beyond regular use (bent wheel, damaged battery, lost keys, missing display) is your responsibility.
Missing a monthly maintenance appointment may result in a penalty.
