Your Zoomo subscription gives you everything you need to start riding safely and efficiently. Here’s a quick overview:

  • What’s Included:

    • A Zoomo bike in top condition

    • Battery with charger

    • Set of keys

    • Phone holder

    • Lock

  • Returning Items: All items must be returned in similar condition at the end of your subscription. Lost or damaged items will need to be paid for.

  • Maintenance:

    • Monthly maintenance checks are required and can be booked via the MyZoomo app.

    • Normal wear and tear is fully covered (brake adjustments, tire pressure, chain tuning).

    • Damage beyond regular use (bent wheel, damaged battery, lost keys, missing display) is your responsibility.

    • Missing a monthly maintenance appointment may result in a penalty.

  • Support: For questions or help, contact Zoomo via WhatsApp, email, or social media. Our support team is multilingual (English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, and more).
