The easiest way to unlock your bike is using your MyZoomo app.

Open the MyZoomo app and tap Unlock.

The rear wheel will unlock.

You’ll hear a short alarm buzz to confirm it's unlocked.

Press the power button on the display for 1–2 seconds to wake the bike.

The bike will prompt you to enter your 4-digit passcode on the display.

This code is set during onboarding.

Tap Lock in the MyZoomo app.

The rear wheel will lock.

You’ll hear a short alarm buzz to confirm it's locked.

Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds.

The bike will lock and power off.

You’ll hear a buzz to confirm.

Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds.

The bike will lock the rear wheel and turn off.

This is useful if your phone is dead or unavailable.

Plug in your phone using a charging cable.

The display will charge your phone, even if the bike is off.

Once your phone powers on, you can unlock via the MyZoomo app.

Physically lock the bike using a chain or U-lock to a fixed object.

Lock the battery using the key or latch system.

The alarm buzzes briefly any time the bike locks or unlocks — this is normal.
