The error code will appear on the bottom right corner of your display.
Error Code 21 - Current abnormality
Explanation: Issue with display. Possible short circuit in the cable going into the display or within the display. Either the wire is damaged, the wire connector is wet or there is moisture inside the display that is causing a short.
Action: Please book a repair appointment on the MyZoomo mobile app or MyZoomo Web so that our mechanics can take a closer look and fix the error.
