How to resolve Error Code 31 on my bike?

Zoomo bikes are equipped with preventative maintenance alerts to ensure your safety while riding. Read on to see what the error code means and recommended actions.

The error code will appear on the bottom right corner of your display.

Error Code 31 - Firmware is damaged or lost in the controller

Explanation: Firmware update has not occurred successfully

Action: A firmware update is required on this bike which can be done remotely by Zoomo. Please contact us via MyZoomo App chat.

ℹ For our stores in Spain and Germany, there's no need for a repair appointment. We are accepting walk-ins only, so please try to go to the store earlier in the day. Allow enough time for your repair as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Your bike might not be ready on the same day.
