Enable & Disable Anti-Theft Lock

Enable or Disable the Anti-Theft Lock via the MyZoomo Mobile App to deter potential theft.

This is not a replacement for a physical lock. Please ensure that you continue to physically lock your Zoomo. The Anti-Theft Lock will make it difficult to ride the Zoomo in the event it is stolen.

Zoomo Models come with an Anti-Theft Lock that can be enabled when the Zoomo is online and has enough battery.

Enable Anti-Theft Lock


To enable the Anti-Theft Lock on the MyZoomo Mobile App:

  1. Locate your Zoomo on the Home Screen

  2. Press & Hold the lock button to enable the Anti-Theft Lock

  3. The Anti-Theft Lock will engage and display on the Home Screen

You can now check the status of your Zoomo when you're away from its location and ensure it's able to prevent theft.

Disable Anti-Theft Lock


To disable the Anti-Theft Lock on the MyZoomo Mobile App:

  1. Locate your Zoomo on the Home Screen

  2. Press & Hold the lock button to enable the Anti-Theft Lock

  3. The Anti-Theft Lock will disengage and display on the Home Screen

You can now ride your Zoomo with Pedal Assist Mode (PAS).
