Learn how to update your Email or Mobile if your details have changed.
Updating Email
To update your Email via MyZoomo:
Login to MyZoomo with your old email
Pull the bottom-sheet up and select Profile
Tap on Edit on the Email section
Enter the New Email address
Enter the 6 Digit Code delivered to your New Email
You can now use the new Email to login and manage your Zoomo Account.
Updating Phone Number
To update your Phone Number via MyZoomo:
Login to MyZoomo with your old phone number
Pull the bottom-sheet up and select Profile
Tap on Edit on the Mobile section
Enter the New Phone Number
Enter the 6 Digit Code delivered to the New Phone Number
You can now use the new Phone Number to login and manage your Zoomo Account.
