Important Information About Overdue Payments

Zoomo is generally unable to offer payment extensions on recurring rental invoices. To avoid interruptions to your service, please make sure your payments are made on time.

Payment responsibilities continue while the bike remains in your possession, including during repairs, servicing, or other unexpected interruptions. Payments will only stop once the bike has been returned to Zoomo.

If your account becomes overdue, the following actions may occur:

  • A late payment fee will be applied to your account.

  • Your bike will be remotely locked, and you will be unable to use it.

  • Your bike's speed will be limited, and you won't be able to use it at its full capacity.

  • Our recovery team may be dispatched to recover the bike.

  • A recovery fee may be applied to your account.

  • The outstanding debt will be transferred to debt collectors, which may negatively impact your credit score.

  • In cases of non-cooperation, we may involve the police.

If you think you may be unable to make a payment on time, we recommend returning your Zoomo bike to your nearest Zoomo store as soon as possible to help avoid additional fees or further account actions.
