Your bike will be remotely locked, and you will be unable to use it.
Your bike's speed will be limited, and you won't be able to use it at its full capacity.
Our recovery team may be dispatched to recover the bike.
A recovery fee may be applied to your account.
The outstanding debt will be transferred to debt collectors, which may negatively impact your credit score.
In cases of non-cooperation, we may involve the police.
How to Unlock Your Bike?
Log in to the MyZoomo App.
Go to the payments section and pay any outstanding invoices on your account.
Once all invoices are paid, our system will automatically update the bike's speed and unlock it. This can take up to two hours.
Before We Send Your Derestriction Command
To ensure your e-bike's derestriction command is successful, please confirm the following:
Your bike is on. The bike needs to be powered on to receive the command.
The battery is in place and charged. Make sure the battery is both charged and securely installed in your bike.
You have a strong cell signal. Your bike needs a strong cellular connection to receive the command.
The easiest way to avoid these issues is to make your payments on time through the MyZoomo app. Timely payments ensure you can continue to use your Zoomo bike without any interruption and avoid additional fees.
