To ensure your subscription remains active due to an expired card or a new funding method.
This applies to MyZoomo Web and MyZoomo App products.
- Log in to MyZoomo
- Open the Zoomo you want to manage
- Tap on View Subscription
- Tap on Update Payment Method
- Update with your new Payment Details and click Save
Your new payment method will be reflected on your next bill. You can check this by viewing your invoices within MyZoomo or via your email.
