Reset your MyZoomo Account to log in to your account
To reset your account - you must have an existing Zoomo account and a valid Mobile Phone number.
If you receive a "No User Found with this Phone Number" Error - Activate your Account before logging in.
To reset your account:
- Open the MyZoomo App (or alternatively - MyZoomo Web)
- Tap on Log In
- Tap on Reset Account
- Enter the Email Registered with Zoomo
- Tap Send Link
- Open the Reset Email and tap Reset Account
- Enter the New Mobile Number
- Tap Get Code
- Enter the 6 Digit Code delivered to your Mobile
- Continue with Log In and enter the MyZoomo App
