The error code will appear on the bottom right corner of your display.
Error Code 05 - Motor hall sensor signal error or lost
Explanation: The motor controller is not receiving a signal from the hall sensor located inside the motor. This is commonly due a loose connection between the motor controller and motor.
Action:
- Check for damage on the motor cable and for signs of water ingress on the motor cable connector.
- If either is found, please book a repair appointment on the MyZoomo mobile app or MyZoomo Web so that our mechanics can take a closer look and fix the error.
