If you’ve lost your keys, don’t worry, we can help get you back on the road.
To replace your keys, we’ll need to change the lock barrel, which means we’ll need your bike in-store.
⚠️ Please note: Lost keys aren’t considered wear and tear, so there will be a charge for the replacement.
Please book a repair appointment on the MyZoomo App and bring your bike to your nearest Zoomo location. Our team will replace the lock and provide you with new keys.
ℹ For our stores in Spain and Germany, there's no need for a repair appointment. We are accepting walk-ins only, so please try to go to the store earlier in the day. Allow enough time for your repair as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Your bike might not be ready on the same day.
